A Kying’s Cleaning was started with the intentions of providing a true quality cleaning service. As a child I would go with my grandmother on residential cleaning jobs and learned some very basic principles customers look for in cleaning companies. Not the same as commercial cleaning but the principles are the same. For example using safe quality products is important to the health of everyone that comes in contact with them. Also the cleaners having the understanding of the science of cleaning. For example Shampooing carpets. If the cleaners dont respect that there are different types of carpet cleaning to get different results they wont go about informing the customer of the nature of shampooing and that if they are looking to clean their carpet that a shampoo will not actually do that. So instead of just giving the customer what they ask for and actually disappointing them in the end by not educating them and allowing them to see what option will get them the best results, a lot of companies set you up for failure. Some common responses of disappointed customers are: Well why didnt you tell me that? ….. Your the expert how was I supposed to know that? These responses let you see that taking the time to educate customers makes a big difference in keeping them happy.
As A Kying’s Cleaning grows we plan to make high quality service and pricing that customers are happy with a part of our brand. There is nothing like asking a business who does their cleaning and finding out they use a service. Then going and looking around the property and seeing what kind of job is being done for the money that the customer is paying. I dont believe that being in the business of doing something makes you good at what you do. It takes actually knowing the science of what you are doing. If you are cleaning paint, what kind of paint are you dealing with and what products are going to make it look brand new again without harming the environment? Thats what we are shooting for, to make your property look brand new again and then maintain that!
